confidential information

WHEN: Saturday, April 25th
from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
WHY: To help community members protect
themselves against identity theft by shredding papers containing
confidential information.
Binghamton, NY- GHS Federal Credit Union
is providing community members with a Shred Day as a means to help
them protect their personal information. In partnership with
Rogers Service Group, anyone in the community is welcome to
participate in shredding documents that contain personal
identifying information such as, social security numbers, account
information, addresses, and telephone numbers. GHS knows it
is imperative to prevent identity theft and fraud and is willing to
provide appropriate services, such as the Shred Day.
The event will take place on Saturday, April 25th
from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Main branch located at 910 Front
Street in Binghamton, across from BCC. This event is FREE to
everyone. As your community credit union, GHS strives to
provide members with financial security and protection. To
follow the credit union philosophy of "people helping people", GHS
will continue to assist the community it serves through free,
informative events, sponsorships, and excellent member service.
