October 1, 2009: Some GHS members are receiving fraudulent text messages stating 'Your credit union debit card has been locked. Call (845) 765-9464 to reactivate.' Do not respond to this message. GHS DOES NOT request such information via email or text messages.

If you did respond to the text message by giving your account number and PIN, please call our Support Services department immediately to have your card blocked.
