Arbor Housing and Development is a progressive, non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation, committed to building independence and creating housing options to underserved populations primarily in the Southern Tier of New York and North Central Pennsylvania. Created more than 55 years ago as Steuben Church-people Against Poverty, the organization has grown from 8 part-time volunteers dedicated to self-help housing to over 100 full-time employees. Career Development Council, Inc. (CDC) is an educational not-for-profit affiliated with the Greater Southern Tier BOCES. CDC partners with business, industry, and area school districts to provide high quality K-12 career education services to over 28,000 students and educators each year. Corning Senior Center

The Senior Center promotes physical, emotional and economic well-being for older adults. The Senior Center is operated and funded by the City of Corning. If you are at least 55 years old you can stop by and join the fun. There is no membership fee. Activities are provided through groups that meet for a common interest, such as, but not limited to: card games, board games, gardening, dinner club, 55+ club, travel club, etc. Each activity may have its own set of regulations. A fee may be charged for materials, refreshments and prizes. Classes are instructional and meet on a regularly scheduled basis. They may be taught by a volunteer, staff member or paid person. Some classes may have a fee charged and some classes are free. Some examples of classes offered: tai chi, line dancing, ballroom dancing, fitness, aerobics, 55 Alive driver safety, ceramics, wood marquetry and more.
