Associates for Training and Development
Through the Senior Community Service Employment Program, Associates for Training and Development provides paid, part-time job training opportunities for eligible, mature workers.
B/S/S/T Area Agency on Aging
The B/S/S/T Area Agency on Aging works to positively impacting the lives of adults, veterans, and the disabled, across Bradford, Sullivan, Susquehanna, and Tioga Counties by advocating and providing a network of resources that result in independence, choice, and dignity.
Betterment Organization of Mansfield (bOOM)
The Betterment Organization of Mansfield (BOOM) is an economic development organization comprised of volunteers of various local businesses and professions that are dedicated to the enhancement of the quality of life of those who live in the Mansfield area. Their main focus has been on job creation, economic growth, community beautification, participation in regional planning and the creation of appropriate partnerships.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Pennsylvania
Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors serve as supportive, positive role models to area youth. Mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters offers an opportunity to form a transformative, one-to-one, committed, non-judgmental relationship between an adult and a young person aged 6 and up.
Bridge Housing
Bridge Housing provides temporary housing for families in need, until they can provide for themselves. The program offers shelter for victims of domestic violence, those with little or no income or who are transient and individuals with drug or alcohol related problems.
Community to Home Program
The Community to Home (C2H) program improves the health of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) by assisting them, along with their families, to access the services and supports required to thrive in the community and develop to their full potential. C2H assists CYSHCN and their families to navigate systems and identify resources in order to receive services while empowering them to become strong advocates and self-reliant. This program utilizes evidence based, home visiting services through the Community Health Worker (CHW) model to provide care-coordination and education allowing CYSHCN and their families to learn the skills they need to succeed in living with their special health care needs.
Develop Tioga
Develop Tioga serves as the lead economic development organization for Tioga County, PA. They are a non-profit, Certified Economic Development Organization (CEDO) here to promote business, community and employment opportunities; and connect you to the resources you need. Their community and economic development efforts strive to provide innovative business and community resources for those who live, work, travel, and do business in Tioga County.
Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC 7)
The ELRC provides quality supports for early learning programs and helps families access high quality early learning programs. ELRC Region 7 in partnership with STEP, Inc. serves Lycoming, Clinton, and Tioga Counties.
Elkland Area Community Library
Elkland Area Community Library’s service area encompasses 3,670 residents and the following townships surrounding Elkland; Elkland, Osceola, Farmington and Nelson. The library is one of eleven libraries belonging to the Potter-Tioga Library System. Elkland Area Community Library has a wide range collection and offers a variety of services to patrons such as fax, copies, computer use, eBooks, and other. Patrons have access to POWERLibrary databases and other library websites for personal and professional use.
Goodies for Our Troops
Non-profit 501(c)3 based in Wellsboro PA sending monthly care packages to our troops who are deployed overseas, onboard ship, or on submarines and to Veterans homes since July 2005.
Green Free Library
Green Free Library’s service area, which includes the townships surrounding Wellsboro, encompasses 11,900 residents. The library is part of the Potter-Tioga Library System (PTLS). Of the eleven libraries in PTLS, Green Free is the largest, surpassing any of the other ten in number of items in its collection and population served. Green Free Library actively participates in ACCESS PA, the Pennsylvania Library System’s interlibrary loan database boasting over three million items. Patrons may access POWER Library databases through the library’s website. Additionally, the library is one of the legacy libraries in the SPARK Evergreen state-wide library consortium, overseen by the Pennsylvania Integrated Library System (PaILS) nonprofit corporation.

Hamilton-Gibson is a community theater company based in Wellsboro PA providing opportunities for people of all ages to enrich and empower their lives through performing arts.
Haven of Tioga County
HAVEN serves and empowers those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault by offering free and confidential services to survivors and their families regardless of age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or ability.
Humble Bumble Project
The Humble Bumble Project was founded when the Griffin family, overwhelmed by the love and support of their community, decided to give back and share a sense of camaraderie to help cancer families like theirs. The organization is made up of the Griffins' friends and family, all dedicated to lifting up pediatric, adolescent, and adulthood cancer patients, and passing on the same togetherness that first sparked the creation of the Humble Bumble Project.
Humane Center of Tioga County
The Humane Center of Tioga County strives to build a community of people and organizations working together to save today’s, and prevent tomorrow’s, abused, neglected, and homeless animals. By providing a safe haven, they aim to create a humane community that promotes compassion and humane treatment for all animals. The Humane Center believes that by fostering collaboration and understanding lasting changes can be made. The Humane Center’s programs are designed not only to address immediate needs but also to educate and empower the community to take proactive steps in animal welfare. Through partnerships, outreach, and advocacy, they work tirelessly to ensure that every animal receives the care and respect they deserve.
Knoxville Public Library
The Knoxville Public Library is housed in a 1910 Queen Anne style former residence. They offer free access to Pennsylvania POWER Library, internet access to all patrons, an extensive museum of local items, an extensive genealogy section, large type books and also audio books for the visually impaired, and they will deliver books and other materials to anyone in the community who is housebound.
Mansfield Chamber of Commerce
The Mansfield Chamber of Commerce continually strives to achieve economic growth and vitality within the community. They are committed to the enrichment of the community while providing economic opportunities for members and promoting member businesses.
Mansfield Free Public Library
The Mansfield Public Library is a vital part of the community. They offer high speed internet computers as well as Wi-Fi for those with their own computers, and hold programs for adults and children.
Mansfield Lions Club
The Mansfield Lions Club is a service organization that meets the 2nd and 4th Mondays of every month at St. James Episcopal Church in Mansfield, PA. Their mission is to empower volunteers to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote international understanding.
Martha Lloyd Community Services
Martha Lloyd Community Services supports people with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism to achieve independence and lead a fulfilled life. Headquartered in the town of Troy, Pennsylvania, MLCS has satellite offices located in Mansfield. They offer Residential, Day, Senior, Community Integration, and Lifesharing programs across Bradford and Tioga counties. These programs include eighteen community group homes, two adult day service programs, and twelve lifesharing providers. Services are available to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are age 18 and older.
Northern Tioga Summer Feeding Program
The Northern Tioga School District Offers a Summer Food Program for Kids, running June-August serving food Monday through Thursday for free to any child 18 and under.

Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Program
Since 1963, the PA Elks Home Service Program has been helping to improve the quality of life for thousands of children and adults throughout Pennsylvania. They provide support and advocacy services to individuals of any age who have a developmental disability.
Potter-Tioga County Library System
Potter Tioga Library System (known as PTLS) is the only two-county system in the state. The System Office and eleven libraries provide library service to a population of 57,444 over 2219 square miles. The System Board of Directors and staff are determined to find better ways to provide services to the underserved areas of the two counties. With eleven member libraries, they hope citizens take advantage of the many materials and programs that may fill their needs.

Susquehanna Valley Region Special Olympics
In 2024, Special Olympics Pennsylvania (SOPA) established the Susquehanna Valley Region, to serve more than 500 athletes in Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Sullivan, Tioga, and Union counties. This regional approach is designed to provide sustainability to the organization, engage more athletes and provide enhanced, quality experiences to athletes in our region.
The Compassion Center (Westfield Area Food Pantry)
The Compassion Center is the largest food distribution center in Tioga County. It is located approximately 2 miles west of Westfield, Pa. The Compassion Center serves the local community by providing over 6,000 food items free of charge to over 500 individuals every month.
The Learning Tree of Wellsboro
The Learning Tree of Wellsboro is a private, non-profit educational children’s center located in the town of Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. In its history, since the 1970’s, the school originally was established as a church-based children's center, evolving into a Montessori inspired children's center to most recently, a Kindergarten Readiness Program. The Learning Tree of Wellsboro strives to be a leading early childhood educational center for ages birth to 4th grade. The center offers after school care and summer options for K-4.

The Tioga County Veterans Affairs office assists Tioga County veterans and their families in applying for local, state, and federal veteran's programs.
Tioga County Homeless Initiative
The Tioga County Homeless Initiative, believes that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and the opportunity to rebuild. They are proud to welcome all who are experiencing homelessness, regardless of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability. Each guest who enters their doors is provided with more than just a place to stay. They receive a clean, safe bed, a warm and welcoming environment, and a hearty evening meal. At the heart of the Initiative’s mission is a deep commitment to compassion and inclusion. They aim to offer support, encouragement, and hope because everyone deserves to be seen, respected, and given the chance to thrive.
Tioga County Partnership for Community Health
The Tioga County Partnership for Community Health is a countywide network of individuals, community leaders, health care providers, human service personnel, business representatives, and government leaders whose mission is to foster strong community relationships to address the physical, social, mental, and environmental health needs of Tioga County, Pennsylvania.

UPMC Community Resource Navigators
UPMC in central Pa.'s Community Health Navigation Network (CHNN) staff is on a mission to make health care and wellness services available to Central Pennsylvania residents through improved access, education and communication. By working with personal care facilities, senior living communities, faith-based communities, community clinics and the correctional system, CHNN provides individuals and groups with access to UPMC in central Pa.’s resources and expertise.
Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce
The Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is made up of over 300 businesses and individuals who together help create and maintain the high standard of living that Wellsboro residents enjoy. The Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is involved in business and tourism. They host many events and activities throughout the year including the PA State Laurel Festival in June, Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally in September and Dickens of a Christmas in December.
Wellsboro Area Food Pantry
The Wellsboro Area Food Pantry’s mission is to provide food for families in need. The Wellsboro Area Food Pantry is located at the Wellsboro United Methodist Church on Main and Queen Streets.
Wellspring Community Support Services
The mission of Wellspring Community Support Services is to invite and encourage individuals to with mental health diagnoses to identify their personal recovery goals and to support them as they develop the necessary skills to claim and maintain their recovery using a whole health approach that includes the social, educational, vocational living, and health and wellness domains.
Westfield Public Library
The Westfield Public Library strives to create an environment that is a social hub within the community-a place you want to be, not a place you’re forced into to tie up some loose ends on that mid-term paper. This is not the typical library of yesteryear. They are patron-centric, dedicated, and truly feel that, with the help of the community, they will continue to grow and flourish as an establishment.
