2026 FREE Shred Day with the American Heart Association
GHS Federal Credit Union to Host Free Community Shred Day in Binghamton
GHS Federal Credit Union is inviting community members and local businesses to safely dispose of sensitive documents at a Free Drive-Thru Shred Day on Saturday, April 18 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 910 Front Street in Binghamton.
This event offers a secure, convenient way to protect personal and professional information while clearing out unwanted paperwork. Documents will be shredded on-site, allowing participants to confidently dispose of items such as old bank statements, tax documents, medical records, and other confidential materials.
A Community Effort with Purpose
This year’s shred event is made possible through GHS Federal Credit Union’s partnership with Mirabito Energy, with shredding services provided in collaboration with Rogers Service Group, a longtime and trusted partner of GHS.
While the event is free and open to the public, donations will be accepted to support the American Heart Association of the Southern Tier. Contributions will help fund critical work in heart health education, research, and community-based programs that serve the region.
