Sometimes you simply can’t get to the branch. With Voice Banking with GHS, you don’t have to. With this secure, automated service you can quickly perform account transactions from any touch-tone phone any time of the day or night. So you can manage your money from your home or office. And it’s easy to use. A voice attendant directs you through the entire phone call so you can:

  • Check account balances, review your transactions or account history − and more
  • Make payments to your GHS loan
  • Transfer funds to and from your credit union accounts or to another GHS member
  • Request checks payable to you
  • Pay your bills, set up recurring payments, and keep track of your payments
  • Follow up on text alerts that notify you if your balance drops below a threshold, or when a check is deposited, or when a payment clears
